issued in certainly class; based on availability.

Maximum stay: 21
days including date of departure.

A maximum of two
connections may be made in Manaus/ Belem/ Rio de Janeiro/ Sao Paulo/
Recife and Salvador provided that the maximum ground time is note
more than 8 hours. The two coupons forming such a connection will be
counted as one flight coupon.

Only
one Airpass may be sold in conjunction with an international round
or circle trip journey to Brazil.
MUST BE PURCHASED
IN THE US BEFORE
TRAVELING.

There is no
discount for children. Infants (up to 2 years old incomplete) will
be paid 10% of the fare, without a seat reservation.

Reservation must
be booked in advance for whole itinerary before traveling to BRAZIL.

Penalty apply for
any changes after the Airpass issued. Each change will you cost USD
75.00. Only permitted where flight coupons are available for
alteration.

Cancellation/No
Show before departure-refund the fare paid less USD 100.00; if
partially used the Brazil Airpass is
not refundable.

The Brazil
Airpass is not endorsable.

Period of
Traveling and/or first coupon use 01FEB2006 – 30JUN2007.

Valid only for
persons residing outside Brazil holding an international ticket to
Brazil.
